Project Relief is a new organization located right here in Jay County. The mission of Project Relief is “to help bring quality education to underprivileged areas of the world by empowering the local people with the necessary resources to teach their children the English language, and basic economics.”

Founder Dr. Tim Long has a real passion to change the world through providing educational opportunities to children around the globe.

and powers to help others ”

“I never wanted to lose focus of the fact that I am an elementary teacher at heart.“

Currently Project Relief has three school building projects in China, Ethiopia and Mexico. All of these areas are locations where there are no schools or limited opportunities.  The main focus of these schools is to teach children the English Language as studies have shown that those who speak English, have a real economic advantage.

I welcome you to become a part of Project Relief by spreading the word. This type of effort cannot be measured, but is truly essential to meeting our goal of “changing the world through education”. Donations are welcome with our theme of “Give me $5″. Yeah that is right, you can make a real difference by just giving 5 dollars and telling everyone you know that 5 dollars can make a real difference in the world.
